One last push before UVM. We (Teena and me) increased the pace 15 seconds/mile every two miles. (Down 1300 West, more hills than expected and a slight headwind for the first half)

What an EXCELLENT progressive run with hills to boot!! NICELY done to hold the pace with headwind and all!!! GOOD JOB, you two!!! LOVE it!!!
