Ran an out and back up Dry Fork Canyon in Vernal. When I planned the run I thought it would be uphill. When I ran it I really did not see the uphill when I was running it. I definitely felt it, as my splits suggested, but I was disappointed at how slow I went. Then when I turned around, I realized I was going uphill alot more than I realized.
