So I went to Google Earth yesterday to check the mileage of my runs and was sorely disappointed that they are all shorter than I thought. Because of this my mileage total is slightly down and my average per mile is slightly up.

I don't think Ry is using my other watch much. Do you want to borrow it??

Are you running long tomorrow? Did you get the email that I sent out to the Chumps?

I would suggest you shouldn't be too trusting of Google Earth. All of those programs are at least a bit inaccurate. Go with changes over time over the same distance. =)

I think Garmins are fairly accurate, especially if you take an average over a couple of runs. Or do what Sasha suggests and buy/borrow a measuring wheel and you can be Johnny accurate distance measuring man. :)

Maybe I should run your route sometime with you and check the miles.

Teena,

Got your e-mail. I will be going about 18-20 tomorrow. My speed will depend on what Google Earth tells me...

John, when and where, just in case my foot feels up to it.

You're still way faster than I am right now. Nice running.

Paul,

Sorry never logged back on in the afternoon Friday. You'll be glad you missed it. I was slow and it was hot.
