Tried to figure out how far ten miles would be. So close. Really pushed trying to maintain a good pace (sub 8:00), not quite where I need to be, but getting better.

Mike, I am still not where I was right before DNews. It seems to be getting better though.

So how do you know you ran 9.3 miles if you don't know how far 10 miles would be? I'm confused. Nice run though.

Were you just 0.7 mile short of pushing the sub-8 pace? EXCELLENT effort!!! Glad to hear you're getting better every day!
