After two days off in a row I expected to feel totally refreshed but no such luck. Was able to pick up the pace after the first couple of miles.

Splits:     20:31.6, 10:51.8, 7:38.8 (mile), 7:38.8

What are your running plans this week? I didn't do nearly as well today with my speedwork without you there pushing me!!! STINK!!! (Plus the treadmill made it extra hard.)

Did you hear how Stevie did by chance? What type of turnout did WJ get with their new races??

Steve took 2nd in his division. I didn't ask how many people ran, I might look to see if it is posted somewhere.
