Wanted to run today since I will be gone on Pioneer Trek the rest of the week. I feel much better after a few days off following the marathon. The run was good, I was really stiff and sore at first, but loosened up and felt better the last part of the run. The trail i run on was actually closed for construction and it was almost the excuse I was looking for to just go home, but stuck it out and was glad I did when all was said and done.

GOOD JOB not coping out of this run. Looks like you're recovered quite nicely! Have fun at Trek!
